Most areas welcome whānau and friends at any time between 11am-1pm and 3pm-8pm. However, some areas may have different times. Please call Patient Enquiries on 09 375 4300 for more information.
If you're feeling unwell, then please help protect patients and kaimahi by postponing your visit until you are feeling better.

We are encouraging patients and their whānau to use technology to remain connected.
Patients coming to our hospitals or clinics for an appointment may have two support people with them. On arrival, the support person will be provided with a mask and information to help keep everyone safe.
You’ll be asked some screening questions when you arrive to help keep you and our staff safe.
Please let staff know immediately if you have any cold or flu symptoms.
There is generally no visiting for COVID-19 positive patients. A nominated visitor may be permitted on compassionate grounds only. Talk to the nurse unit manager or service clinical director.
