“Thank you very much for looking after me all the times I have been in hospital in the last five years.
I was going along normally and then all of a sudden, I kept falling. St. Johns gave me an alarm necklace and I still wear it.
"I fell heavily on my posterior about 18 months ago and it has upset my whole body. I have now got a physiotherapist to see if he can get me going again.
I shall be 94 soon and I want to jump out of an aeroplane again when I am 95. I did it on my 90th birthday."
